We take great pride in the quality and condition of our cheeses. Should your order not arrive in not a suitable condition please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Either by email: email@example.com or contact the office (Monday-Friday 0830 -1500) and we will try and resolve the issue. If your delivery arrives damaged or goods are faulty please e-mail a photograph to us for us to investigate. We will then send a replacement or offer a refund on the card you paid with.
As the goods are perishable, they cannot be returned for credit.
