Our cheeses are sent by DPD to destinations on the GB mainland only.
Products are normally dispatched 48 hours from receipt of order.
Delivery to most parts of the country is next day. This is not guaranteed, as it is not in our control once the parcel leaves our dairy.
Scottish Highlands and Islands
We always try and aim to deliver your order on the date of your choosing, but to certain postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands your order may take an additional day or two to arrive. We will obviously advise you by email if this applies to your order. If you are unsure about whether a postcode will be affected, please email us to find out.
A delivery surcharge may be applicable to some postcodes within the Scottish Highlands and Islands. This will always be made apparent to you before you complete your order. However, if you are unsure about whether a postcode will be affected, please email.
Please take care when entering your postal details ensure that they are correct, including the postcode and a mobile telephone number. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcel that goes missing due to incorrect information.
Because our products are perishable, you must supply us with an alternative delivery instruction for any private address, such as “Leave in safe place / in porch/on step/with a neighbour
Deliveries take place from Tuesday to Thursday at the normal rate. Saturday delivery incurs a further charge of £5.
The delivery charge is per address, not per order. Each address requires a separate order.
Cutting cheese accurately to a given weight is an art, not a science. We will aim to get get as close as we can. Should we go under on one item we will try and make it up on another.
As our cheeses are hand made their weight will not be exact, the ‘‘Lord London’ may be have a descriptive weight of 500g, but it may a tiny bit more or less than that,
