An Emmental style cheese that is sweet, nutty and creamy.  It is Deliciously creamy yet complex,  It is matured for 5-7 months where it matures into a delicious creamy yet complex cheese with the natural eyes forming.

An excellent cheese for melting in fondues, raclettes or just to make cheese on toast that little bit more special.

It is suitable for Vegetarians.

A semi-hard cheese with natural eyes and a creamy, sweet, nutty flavour. This cheese ages for five to seven months and is made from cow's milk. Mayfield won Gold with thre starts at the Great Taste Awards, a Gold at the 2010 British Cheese Awards and another Gold Medal the 2011 World Cheese awards.

TRUFFLED BRIE

This is a rich and decadent cheese to take your cheese board to new heights. Truffled cream is sandwiched between our delicious natural tasting Brie. Using locally sourced full fat cow’s milk and Italian Black Truffles and Porcini mushrooms. It has a highly aromatic earthy flavour and is suitable for Vegetarians.

A creamy, grassy tasting soft cheese, with a natural edible white rind made from pasteurised cow’s milk. Carry’s on maturing in the fridge for up to 7 weeks becoming stronger and softer.

IDLE HOUR

This cheese is made to an old, traditional cheese recipe but with an Alsop twist.

Having a slightly crumbly texture with a hint of lemon.

A semi-hard cheese; creamy tasting with citrus undertones and a hint of nut, in a natural edible rind. Made from pasteurised cow’s milk. Matured for 16 – 20 weeks. This cheese is made to an old, traditional cheese recipe but with an Alsop twist. Having a slightly crumbly texture with a hint of lemon.
